Pirozhki: Baked turnover with roasted garlic and farmers cheese stuffing

Remove 2: Aztec Tacos: Corn tortillas with 2 different fillings
  Pork filling: Tomato, onion, pablano chilli, cerrano chili, salt, epazote, chili flakes *Spicy Option
  Turkey filling: Tomato, pablano chili, epazote, salt, chili flakes *Much less spicy and no onion for those that do not care for them.
 
  Aztec blackbean salad: Black beans, red onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, corn, tomato, rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander,chili in adobo

Remove 3: Dessert.
  Pantao fan – Peaches-of-Immortality Rice aka peach rice pudding
  Chengyusheng – Asian pear with yuzu peel aka pear salad with citrus dressing.
